A new book from the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) offers a broad selection of practical knowledge about celiac disease and gluten-related disorders. The book was created to help people living with celiac disease—and those who remain undiagnosed—achieve the best possible health and well-being, the AGA says. The authors—Melinda Dennis, M.S., R.D., L.D.N., and Daniel A. Leffler, M.D., M.S.—are co-founders of the Celiac Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
